Day 6 Still in Walterboro!

If you have been following my posts you probably know that I have had a swollen leg from behind the knee down to my ankles and that is why I have been in Walterboro for so long. I went to the ER at 4:30 this morning to have my leg checked because the swelling had gotten worse. They did an ultra sound to make sure I had no clots, which turned out fine. The Doctor thinks maybe I tore a ligament or mucle. I was prescribed 800 ml. of Motrin every 8 hours and two weeks off the leg...I am sure he meant 2 days. Anyhow, I well stay put till Tuesday..as long as no other problems arise.
The nice thing about being stuck here is I have met some very nice people and was able to share my walk with them. And some had personal stories of their own to tell.
Thank you to those who shared their stories with me. Some nice things have happened to make the leg thing worthwhile that's for sure.
I would like to thank Debra again from Super 8 Motel for her helpfulness,  and a big thanks to Lisa from Hibbett Sports for taking the time, and I mean time for going above and beyond trying to find the right shoes for me. I probably took a couple of hours of her time in between her also helping others while helping me.  The whole staff was very nice and accommodating.
Also had the best service from a very nice lady in the baby section at Walmart. All Walmart employees need take a lesson from her.
Had I not of  had the leg problem, I would not have meet these wonderful people. It was nice to to cross their paths, thank you!
Here are some pics of my leg today!
I JUST FEEL THE URGE TO WALK!
