You can contact your Insurance company If you have it and they can tell you what you can do and where you can go.
You can go to your local health department, or contact social services.

There are a lot of resources out there, if you are not satisfied with one, find another. Find what feels right for you, that includes Dr.'s or therapist, etc. Just don't give up!
