It was a long quiet walk most of the journey. The road had just enough shoulder to fit the cart on most of the time. Passing cars seemed very nice today. Most of them waving back at me.
As I got into East Dublin (a seperate town than Dublin) heading towards Dublin, I stopped and talked to two gentlemen and they asked about my walk. We talked for about twenty minutes or so. One of the gentlemen owned the business they were in front of (Dublin Auto Air). A shout out to Rick! He owns other businesses including one in Jacksonville, Fla. Nice talking with you both. And learn the roads...lol!
As I got into Dublin as stated in my last post, I met up with Pastor Jeff and Peggy again, Thank you!
I had to walk about an hour or so to the other side of town to get a motel for the night.another gentleman came in for a room and handed me a cash offering to go toward my walk. He knew several people who had suffered from mental illness and had lost their lives to it. I thank you sir for the offering, and for sharing your story with me. I wish you safe travels on the rest of your journey.
Here are a few pics from today!
