For the challange this month you may repeat one and two again...that would be nice! And for the third challange I would like everyone to google search the stigma of mental health and suicide. And of course read the articles. Education on this subject is what we all need and also we need to be remindful of it. We need to learn not to judge because we don't know what others are going through. Love and blessings to all who read this.
